A 34-year-old factory worker, Mohammed Ahmed, on Wednesday said he raped his daughter six times. Ahmed, who was paraded by officials of the Osun State Command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps said he started having sex with his 14-year-old daughter ( name withheld) in April, 2015.

I found this while one of my  favorite  magazines, Cosmopolitan Magazine. Quite interesting stuff so I thought I should share. There is love in sharing, right? The popular women magazine that focuses on beauty, relationships, dating and sex advice, and fashion suggested the tips below as what all 20somethings must do. Interestingly, some of them I have done while others I am guilty of. So I hope reading this will help just as it has helped me focus on my self development. The good thing is they are absolutely realistic. If you are above 20, its not too late to still try. it is certainly better than not making an effort at all.

Hey guys, how's the weekend coming up? I'm sure you had a wonderful Friday night. Did you let your hair loose or were you guarded by beliefs peculiar to you? I was on my own this morning, preparing for my power-point presentation when I stumbled on some pictures posted on  Cosmopolitan's  Online Blog. I found it very interesting to share, but before I do, here's a teaser. How many times have you tried to make a decision about what to wear and it seemed like an uphill task? Is it because most ladies sincerely don't know what to wear or because you are faced with the challenge of not creating the wrong impression in the minds of her family, friends, colleagues, admirers or/and strangers? I won't conclude yet but I can bet that often times than not, the second instance is the reason most ladies spend hours in their closet in the bid to get the most appropriate outfit.  Should a lady's worth be judged by what she wears?
